Namaste, I am Doria and I am a Naked Yoga teacher and an ambassador for body positivity.
I started practicing yoga in 2010, as a form of rehabilitation after fighting cervical cancer.
From that beginners class, I found that the clear, mindful asana instructions improved my memory, spatial relations, focus, and sense of connectedness with my mind and body. On a greater scale, the daily practice showed me the value of acting deliberately.Yoga was the key to my recovery and transformation, and now I live my life with a greater sense of purpose and intention.
Eventually my expanding yoga path led me to India and Bali to train as a professional teacher – I am now qualified in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Rocket Yoga, Yin, Mandala, and principles of Ayurveda and Shamanism.
But it was after a liberating experience at Burning Man festival that I decided to start practicing and teaching Naked Yoga.
There were no barriers, no inhibitions, and no restrictions – just like with yoga practice. Naked yoga finally taught me to accept my body and accept myself exactly how I am today, with all my imperfections, and I want to convey this feeling to anyone who practices with me.

I now teach a mix of private classes, group sessions, private and public retreats all around the world, spreading and sharing my passion for this ancient art that completely changed my life.
