I am so excited to tell you that I am launching a new 6-week Intro 2 Yoga course!

The course will run from 17 of June to 22 July, every Monday from 8pm to 9.30pm.

In this programme, we will learn the essentials and fundamentals of yoga practice. So if you have never done yoga before but really want to try it, this course is definitely for you. Also, if you are curious to learn about the foundations of the yoga practice, you will greatly enjoy it too!

We will go through the basic yoga postures (asanas), as well as the alignment that you create in your body when practising these. You will learn sun salutations, we will explore breathing techniques (pranayama), and I will guide you through the basics of meditation.

This is a Naked Yoga course, so it will be the perfect occasion to get comfortable with that aspect, too – together with fellow beginners. The course will take place in a really welcoming and relaxed environment. We will practice at your own pace, which will help you to build strength and flexibility. So prepare to do some progress in your practice!

Once completed, you will have enough understanding of a yoga practice to join me to my weekly drop-in co-ed classes that I have every Monday.
