Every Monday at 6.15pm in Clapham North, join me for a 90-minute Vinyasa Naked Yoga class. 

All you need is yourself, a bottle of water and a towel, mats are provided but places are limited.

The studio is equipped with infrared heaters so you will experience the pleasant feeling of warmth all over your body.

Why you should practice naked.

While our society often equates being naked with sex, other cultures have found that being naked removes many social and economic barriers. It is also very freeing to move the body without the restriction of clothing, and yoga provides a great way to deepen body acceptance.

Also, being naked can bring up many of our vulnerabilities. By facing these fears in the context of a safe and supportive community we naturally become more grounded and comfortable with ourselves.

CO-ED YIN NAKED YOGA (Drop-In classes will be suspended and replaced by the Beginners Yin Naked Yoga Course from Sept 23 until Oct 28 2019)

Every Monday at 8pm, I teach a 90-minute Yin Naked Yoga Class. This class is only available when I’m not running one of my other special courses (see previous classes). 

Yin Yoga is a stilling practice, in which poses are held for longer – typically from 3 to 5 minutes. It has several effects. 

It is also particularly adapted for beginners, even though everyone is welcome. 

First, since you don’t have to worry about changing your postures frequently, this is extremely efficient in helping you unwind and relax. Once you are in the right posture, the only remaining thing to do is to let go! So enjoyable and highly needed, both for your body and your mind. 

Then, it allows a nice stretch. Holding the poses for longer helps to gain access to deeper connective tissues. Your body is supported throughout with yoga props, to make it as comfortable as possible and to prevent from overstretching. 

The setting of this course is very welcoming and many students of mine have found it easier to try Naked Yoga there for the first time.

Namaste, yoga lovers! 🙏 Are you ready to finally take up yoga? Have you been fearing not being prepared enough to join a class? Well, that’s no longer an excuse: for those of you who need a gentle but extensive introduction, on Monday 23 September I will be running another Beginners Yin Naked Yoga Course.

This is a 6-week foundational class that will help you feel comfortable in your body and familiar with the practice of Yin Yoga and the 7 Chakras to become more in tune with the natural energy cycles of your body.

We will discuss the location and purpose of each chakra, and we will also talk about the symptoms you might experience when they are balanced or unbalanced. At the end of each class, you will receive an email with further information about the last session.

We will explore physical alignment to safely move through the poses (asanas), and simple breathing techniques (pranayama) to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and practice mindfulness all in the nude.

Yin Yoga is a stilling practice in which poses are held for longer, typically from 3 to 5 minutes, which makes it particularly suitable for beginners.

As always in the Clapham North studio on Mondays, from 20:00 to 21:30, the course will run from September 23 to October 28 and is open to both men and women of all colours, shapes, sizes and sexual orientations.

The investment for the entire course (6 classes of 90 minutes each = 9 hours) is £147.

Join me in January 2019 for a 4-week Candlelight Women-Only Naked Yoga classes, which will set you on the path of improved wellbeing for the new year.

For this new cycle, we will practice Yin yoga and bring our focus on our relationship with the four elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air.

We will concentrate on one element for each class, bring our attention to different personality types, and work on meditation and pranayama techniques.

Of course, this is a Naked Yoga class, so the other focus, as with all of my classes, is to build your body confidence through yoga. This is why I’ve chosen to do a women-only class: for those who need to gain more confidence through stages, it’s probably easier to take their first step into Naked practice among fellow ladies.

The soft candlelight also helps, although its main purpose is relaxation! In any case, you will find the cosy atmosphere of this class to be conducive to an immersive experience, where you’ll forget about any hang-ups and will rediscover a healthy relationship with your body.

Imagine feeling confident, happy with your body, happier with life and being able to do the things you want to do without being fearful. Start on this new path of discovery with this 4-week classes.

I am so excited to tell you that I am launching a new 6-week Intro 2 Yoga course! 

The course will run from 17 of June to 22 July, every Monday from 8pm to 9.30pm.

In this programme, we will learn the essentials and fundamentals of yoga practice. So if you have never done yoga before but really want to try it, this course is definitely for you. Also, if you are curious to learn about the foundations of the yoga practice, you will greatly enjoy it too!

We will go through the basic yoga postures (asanas), as well as the alignment that you create in your body when practising these. You will learn sun salutations, we will explore breathing techniques (pranayama), and I will guide you through the basics of meditation.

This is a Naked Yoga course, so it will be the perfect occasion to get comfortable with that aspect, too – together with fellow beginners. The course will take place in a really welcoming and relaxed environment. We will practice at your own pace, which will help you to build strength and flexibility. So prepare to do some progress in your practice!

Once completed, you will have enough understanding of a yoga practice to join me to my weekly drop-in co-ed classes that I have every Monday.
