Christmas is right around the corner, but are you still wondering what gifts to give to your loved ones this year? If they are interested in well-being, or simply need to find a moment to pause, I got you covered. Read below to find out more about three of my favourite products!

Natural candles

natural candle Christmas gift well-beingCandles are a must-have in every home. Light a few and turn your living space in a cosy and intimate space. However, unfortunately a huge majority of candles are detrimental to you and the environment.

Candles are usually made of mineral wax or paraffin, which is derived from petroleum. The wick often contains a metal sustainer to keep it straight. And most of the fragrances used in candles are synthetic. When burnt, all of these substances release harmful particles.

That’s why you should rather pick natural candles, made with a natural wax (soy wax, coconut wax, beeswax) and pure essential oils. The wick can either be made of cotton or wood (bonus points as the burning wood sounds like a crackling fireplace). Here are two of my favourites.

Neom Organics makes natural vegetable wax candles that each contain 30 to 40 ml of essential oils. They offer a great variety of fragrances, to suit everyone’s preferences! Buy them here (UK), or here (US).

I also really like Goldrick’s candles. They are made from beeswax, and I enjoy their honey-like smell. Each candle is handmade in a sustainable way. Buy them here (UK), or here (US).

Essential oils

essential oilWhether you roll a few drops on your wrists or use with an oil diffuser, essential oils are so versatile. Make sure to buy pure essential oils of therapeutic grade, which have not been diluted in any way.

If you are looking for a gift for a yogi, don’t look any further. This set has an essential oil for each of the 7 chakras, combined with 7 stones. Each oil and stone tackles a specific issue that you have likely experienced, such as headache, anxiety or sleep issues. Buy it here (UK), or here (US).

And if you want to gift someone with a set for beginners, the following is a nice option. It contains 6 pure essential oils and a diffuser, along with instructions on how to use the oils. Buy it here (UK), or here (US).

Incenses

incenseIncenses are very important to me as I use them when I meditate. It creates a very specific setting which is very helpful to help me focus. You may be familiar with Indian incenses, where the incense coats a wood stick. Japanese incense is also a nice option as the stick is only made from incense.

The type I recommend is handmade in India. It only contains natural ingredients such as essential oils and herbs. This pack contains 6 different scents as well as an incense holder. Buy it here (UK), or here (US).

This beautifully designed box contains 300 sticks of traditional Japanese incense. Perfect to share with people! Buy it here (UK), or here (US).

I hope you and your loved ones will enjoy these. And don’t forget, Christmas is for giving, but you can also give to yourself! Love the idea that one of these treats will help you with your wellbeing in the new year. Have a merry one! ❤️🙏
