Online “LIVE” Naked Yoga Classes Starts Wednesday

In light of the recent changes, I have organised online “live” classes so that you can continue to practice yoga with me during this difficult time.

I’m  launching my first online LIVE classes with 3 different classes:

  1. Online LIVE Naked Yoga Vinyasa* Class 90 min   Book
  2. Online LIVE Naked Yoga Vinyasa* Class 60 min   Book
  3. Online LIVE Naked Yoga Yin-Yang* Class 60 min   Book

Every day you will have the opportunity to choose between 2 classes, one in the morning and one in the evening  so that you can move your commitments around and make some time to reconnect with your body.

WEEKLY SCHEDULE:

Monday: Vinyasa 60 min 9:00 – 10:00   Book
Monday: Vinyasa 90 min 18:15 – 19:45   Book

Tuesday: Vinyasa 60 min 9:00 – 10:00   Book
Tuesday: Vinyasa 60 min 17:00 – 18:00.  Book

Wednesday: Vinyasa 60 min 10:30 – 11:30   Book
Wednesday: Yin-Yang 60 min 19:00 – 20:00 Book

Thursday: Vinyasa 60 min 9:00 – 10:00   Book
Thursday: Vinyasa 60 min 17:00 – 18:00   Book

HOW TO BOOK YOUR “LIVE” YOGA CLASS:

STEP 1

Please create your free account here https://zoom.us/freesignup/

Make sure that you are connected and ready to start at least 5 minutes before our session.

STEP 2

You will receive a link 10 min before class starts. Click the link, mute your microphone, and get ready to get moving!

STEP 3

Please check your email “spam” folder in case the Zoom invite doesn’t make it to your inbox.

STEP 4

Only positive vibes, any misconduct will result in being excluded from the class and banned from any future bookings, no refund will be given.

Privacy

I always encourage people to embrace their bodies and not to be ashamed of it, however, if you prefer to keep your camera off you can do so on the bottom left side of the screen as below. (Here is where you mute your microphone as well).
