Join me in January for a 4-week Candlelight Women-Only Naked Yoga course, which will set you on the path of improved wellbeing for the new year.
For this new cycle, we will practice Yin yoga and bring our focus on our relationship with the four elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air.
We will concentrate on one element for each class, bring our attention to different meridians, and work on meditation and pranayama techniques.
Of course, this is a Naked Yoga course, so the other focus, as with all of my classes, is to build your body confidence through yoga. This is why I’ve chosen to do a women-only class: for those who need to gain more confidence through stages, it’s probably easier to take their first step into Naked practice among fellow ladies.
The soft candlelight also helps, although its main purpose is relaxation! In any case, you will find the cosy atmosphere of this class to be conducive to an immersive experience, where you’ll forget about any hang-ups and will rediscover a healthy relationship with your body.
